 Development Projects Suppler Finance Facility (SFF) Supplier Finance Facility is a joint credit facility established by BP on behalf of its co-venturers and the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The facility provides loans to local vendors that are awarded contracts by BP for projects in Azerbaijan. This is in direct support for local companies to access transparent forms of loan finance in order to grow their businesses. This program is designed to boost BP’s localization efforts in Azerbaijan by offering targeted training and development services. EDTP’s goal is to assist local companies to improve their capability to supply the oil and gas industry. It is a hands-on outreach programme that analyzes companies’ technical and commercial gaps, designs a customized upgrade plan, and provides targeted technical assistance to implement the plan, and then follow up and monitor progress and integrity.
